The operator and site holds all the relevant Waste Licenses and Environmental permits, which are especially difficult / complex to obtain making the site relatively uncommon. There is a recycling facility on site which is the future of the waste industry.

The site is let to Biffa Waste Service until 2031, thus producing long term, stable income from a strong tenant covenant, whilst also benefiting from the site’s inherent value and long term potential.
