Hallmark Real Estate Group, on behalf of a private client, has disposed of a 19,000 sq ft mixed laboratory/office building.
The property, situated in Great Barr, Birmingham, was sold with the benefit of vacant possession. Howard Frankel, Head of Asset Manangement, led the sale negotiations and the price achieved exceeded our client’s expectation.
The building was previously occupied by a laboratory centre and underwent extensive strip out works to facilitate the purchaser’s use of a pharmaceutical centre upon completion of sale.
